Policy Development

Company policies are a set of guidelines that define standards, practices and behaviours. Throughout a franchise agreement, there will be reference to the operations manual and associated policies. These are an opportunity for a business to define how specific areas of that business should be managed.

Policies should be current, legal, reasonable, clear and relevant. Franchise Projects are able to inform and develop internal policies. We will also help identify suitable partners to deliver policy information relevant to your business e.g. where there is a specific safety risk, how is it best to manage this and, should a third party need to be involved, we’d work to engage a suitable supplier with you and manage expectations for all parties.
