Hi. I’m Louise. I’m a Qualified Franchise Professional (QFP) with a raft of franchise experience behind me.

I’ve been a franchisee and it’s where I learned a lot about what it feels like to be in that arena – and how setting expectations, alongside understanding how the business will run most efficiently, and the associated quality standards, is critical for all parties.

I’ve been a franchisor with my husband, Peter. We worked with a fantastic franchise consultant to design the business model and an equally fabulous franchise lawyer who translated that to a legal document. There are some brilliant people in the franchise industry!

I’ve worked at head office level for a number of other brands and came to the conclusion that projects are where my heart lies. Helping people to deliver amazing franchise opportunities to prospect franchisees, and quite simply being the best that they can be, drives me to deliver.

I have been a member of the board for the British Franchise Association (bfa) and served on a number of committees with them. I am committed to ethical business format franchising and will turn up to the opening of an envelope to spread the word.

I’m happy to send a CV, but what you really need to know is that I am seriously passionate about helping franchised businesses. That could be simply introducing the right people to each other, giving some advice or working on projects that enhance the franchise opportunities out there. Either way, I work to my values: HITS (Honesty, Integrity, Transparency and Sustainability).

I develop with the lean process and quality standards as integral to the structure of a business, with a view to building profitable and sustainable businesses.
