Founded by experienced franchisee and award-winning franchisor, Louise Harris QFP, Franchise Projects is an agency with a service offering to both franchised businesses and those considering, or in the process of, franchising.
Businesses often already know what they need. Their bigger challenge is resources – good people can be hard to find. As businesses grow they need help, but not always full time. They are naturally reluctant to employ people directly. Moreover, there are a number of key tasks that require specific skills – often not found in one person.
Our part in your development is to deliver on projects that you may not have the time or human resource to deliver.
Before you consider franchising, you should have a clear financial plan, an operating model and an understanding of how that business will run. If franchising is the right route to expansion, then you will also need the same for prospect franchisees and a plan for how to train them.
